I have been experiencing a strange phenomenon with my NV5600 transmission.
The problem only occurs when the transmission is at full operating tempeture.
When I shift into reverse, the truck feels like it want to take off backwards (a very strong pulling feel) even though I am only idling. It is hard to describe what I am feeling, but it is not how is normally feels.
Following this "surge" when I shift back to neutral and release the clutch pedal, the pedal appears to rise slowly (I have the urge to pull the pedal up with my toe.
Particulars:
bone stock 2001 HO
milage 76000
change transmission fluid three weeks ago before a 900 mile tow (6000# TT)
Mopar transmission fluid
I have also been experiencing grinds when going into reverse or a distinct clunk.
