October!! KC DYNO DAZE!!!

I got a question?



I got 3 sets of 9004 head lights from a sale. They are made by Farenheit and are the Super White Xenon.

I put a set in my truck, they give off a brighter white light but they are not the bright blue like i Wanted.

If you any one wants any just e-mail m e an i will tell you a price,



I alse got some 893 lights like what a 95 mustang takes in the fog lights these are the bright blue light.



Just thought i would yell it here to save some shipping charges.

I can probably get more if anyone wants them.

I guess i should have come up there last night. I went up to north oak and cruzed up there for a while tring to find some comp.

Only found some bystanders to make breath my black stuff.



You will have to look at my bars and see if they are what you would want. I used parts that i could find in town, so if i ordered the linkage ends and had a machine shop cut a piece of round

stock it would look alot better, but looks was not as important as getting a set to me, although they do look good.



oh yea, some guy here in Excelsior is now wanting to kick my @$$,



Somehow his car with him and his friends got on the right rear of my truck when i started to do one of my 100 ft burnouts in the autozone parking lot.

I guess some people just don't like diesel smoke and burnt rubber like i do. It was cool.



I never could hold a burnout that long, once the tires got warm it would wheel hop, but not now after the bars.

If you all wanna play in the "MIDNIGHT CLUB" we do it every saturday night around 10PM meet behind Hooters in Independence. We leave usually around Midnight and are out till either the law comes or we get bored thats what happened last night everyone got bored and left about 3 AM. Well enuff Illegal stuff. I might get booted of here for discussing activities that arent proper. Naw if there is a racing scene in your area I suggest you check it out! one strong suggestion use a police scanner and know the way around the area the in's and out's so to speak so you can make a clean get away in case the "spoilers" show up. Racing your Diesel is fun I cant say enuff for the exposure you get from racing everyone knows the Flamer knows what it can do so it brings alot of curious people and alot of questions. Remember take defeat lightly take Victory to the EXTREME! No one suspects our Iron to run like this and really makes people think. Oh yeah the dyno I cant wait! And Adam these traction bars got me thinking big time granted yours are of home brew but man I want a set BAD!

Gimmie a heads up on when you plan on this, and I'll get me way out of working Saturday night and come down. Try to give me a weeks notice, I really would like to see that Camaro and just watch Greg race, I won't be "ready" until close to Oct 14th to "play". Although after this thursday DDIII's, ATS manifold, HX35 Piers turbo will be on the truck. Still waiting on the arrival of my TC and VB, sooo the COMP stays off until then... .

Kat, camaro's motor is hurt right now-msd rev limiter didn't work very good one night- but might just change motor's as soon as possible. You gotta ride in it, you talk about HARD hitting power! WOW!

Ahhh wish me luck today is the day. If everything works out today there will be a reason for me to dyno my truck at this event. I have some money comming in hopefully. I will get my Torque converter and shift kit. and a new MORE POWERFUL chip. I cant get my hopes up to high. But I want the converter BAD!

Adam good to see you last night!!! Nice BURNOUTS too. I need to set up a sunday to get together and build my traction bars I have been looking at rod ends but man they are expensive maybe you can get them cheaper and I can repay you or something. Well the "BURNOUT" king got bit last night. I shelled the spider gears just took a peak inside the rear end and well its not pretty it broke a few teeth off no wonder is squeaks and clunks real bad when turning. it nailed the carrier too so now I get the limited slip WOOO HOOOOO!!!!! OH well i guess i shoulda shot LPG when i did the burnouts coulda fried everything in the drivetrain. Man this Dyno has got me Pumped up can we just skip September.

Doug, you want to put our trucks against each other?? your HO with 6spd against my non-HO with auto??? mods look to be the same. but you do have a bigger exhaust.





PS or we can put your Jeep against my Landcruiser .

Tom it depends on what your are going to be comparing. Mine may put out just a wee bit more power and pull wee bit better, but if it is a race I know your truck will when hands down (I am an amazingly slow shifter just ask KatDiesel).



As to the Jeep and Landcruiser I have a slightly smaller engine, but lower gears and a wee bit smaller tire so I think you may when that as well.

Yes I did make it to Grand lake on Saturday. I did not see you there. there were alot of rigs. I went to Roaring river on Sunday. Got lots of sun and chiggers. ye ha.

Man I think this weekend is gonna be fun too. Any Diesel crazy guys such as myself and Eric and Adam were getting together @ KCIR this Friday for some fun on the 1/4 mile I hope to see a few more Turbo Diesels there. I think we could have some major fun doing this its even funner taking on the IMPORT crowd. Any Takers?????? Come on guys trust me there is slower trucks and cars its just a blast to go blow some serious smoke!!!Show these guys what having no spark plugs is all about.

The Brown truck came today and delivered the holy grail. I got the converter and man this thing is HUGE!!! I will say this Suncoast's Proloc converter must be something because the size is unbelieveable this thing measures 13. 5 inches across and is billet steel faced. talk about tough! Tough to carry all 70 LBS of converter.

Track Opens at 6pm Friday night.





Anyone that wants to can go... ... ... . I'll be doing some last minute work on my truck at Floor It's shop, but then gonna goto the track for the first time (ever). Being my first time, I hope to sneak in under 15 secs. Have to do some last minute adjustments on the transmission this week.



As far as I know I am the only one from Omaha coming down... but this is an open invitation for anyone else that wants to go!
