Eric its easy go on the third amber light. Oh the heck with it we will discuss this on Friday its pretty easy make sure you armed and ready 4X4 is a must! Just bring a helmet is the only thing they wont let you race without one. Come on guys lets get some interest Eric is driving a long ways to go to a Grudge night. You local guys should be there!!! 10 Bucks to race all night! I hope the weather holds last friday night was NASTY!

Um you need a helmet? Even to go slow like me? What kind do I need or where can I get one?



I'm hoping it don't rain, since this is a "Rare" oppurtunity for me to have Friday night off.

Um just a motorcycle helmet. That's what I have. This is truely a sad day. God Bless those lives that were taken today in the World Trade center disaster and Pentagon. What has the world come too? See everyone at the track. I might be toting an AMERICAN FLAG on the tail gate of my truck.

Ok thanks. Thursday I gotta get a tierod replaced (warrenty) before work. I need to add a reistor to stop 2nd gear takeoffs. Also going to have the Kickdown cable adjusted Friday morning, no time to change the fluid or anything else



So at the very least, we'll need to put the COMP on when I get to your place. Don't want to put it on before I take it to the dealer for the tierod.



Gotta get ready for work now... . (a class) have a feeling we won't get much done today with everything that has gone today.

Man After all that has happened today I hope there is still an interest for this weekend. I love my country and love my freedom and dont want to ever lose that. Remember those who have fought to keep this country free and those innocent lives that were so wrongfully taken today. I hope to see everyone this weekend.

Of course there is still interest! This is a rare oppurtunity for me (to have both nights off) so I gotta make the most of it. Yes todays events truely were sad, horrorific, frightening, all of the above.



All I know for sure is me and Floor It, and I think Adam. I am staying with Floor It Friday and Saturday night. Even if it turns out to be just us four I am still coming... ... . and still gonna have fun.



Do you goto the track at 6pm and then stay till ???? Will you have your truck fixed up by then? rearend wise? transmission wise?

I'm a little bit of a ***** on the racing though. I need to find a helmet also. I an debating on racing. But we will se what happens. I'm still in shock from the events that took place yesterday, I can only grieve (sp?) andpray for the inocent people who have lost their lives!

Its a new day. I will be there the rear end will be done tomorrow. I have a extra helmet. Its Ronda's helmet I have no Idea if she is going to race but she should let us borrow it. Adam racing is fun its not hard who cares how fast it is at least your racing not sitting talking about it. Granted my truck isnt real healthy but I am gonna take it out and give her hell. Oh well I know there is still an interest and Eric I am really glad your comming down so we can get together and talk Diesel and play with our Diesels.

Due to the attack on the WTC and the airlines being shut down it will be a miricle for me to have the rear end in my truck by tomorrow(they sent the parts next day air). I have fingers toes and eyes crossed that my parts will be there tomorrow as of right now I will just be a spectator.

Well all the crossing I did worked I looked in my ticket slot for tomorrow the first ticket has my name all over it so my parts be in WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO! Ok so I guess I can play with the big boys tomorrow. It should be fun letting you guys put the whoopin's on me. but the LPG tank is full so I got some warfare. I may not win on No. 2 but I will have fun trying!! Eric if you read this before you leave wear your Got Diesel? Shirt I wish I had one of those!

Will a crack in the front windshield prevent me from racing? I just thought bout that today while driving to work.



I'll try to give ya a call and let ya know when am down there, I'll be heading to Floor It's shop to put the COMP on, and take out the stock airbox and filter, put somethin a lil more "Free breathing" on there. My hood won't be here until Oct 4th.

Power BROKE Diesel

I dunno how exactly to word this. Um ok well I will be at the dyno but will not be dynoing. The engine blew up on the way home from Topeka last night. It shot a rod out and destroyed the pan and block. THe dealership is warrantying it but I have to keep the truck stock or they will permenetly void any warranty I will ever have on the truck. Kinda gotta be sneaky now. So wednesday I am pulling it apart and I will go from there. I just gotta remember the good times with the Old Flamer. I cant wait for the dyno day. Hope to see everyone there.

Its apart No 1 Exhaust rocker arm culprit!

Well by the title that the final word from the engine tech I get back to work today and my truck is already half apart. I guess he pivot the rocker rides on sheared off and hung the exhaust valve closed causing all 20 plus to 1 compression to twist the connecting rod and shear it in half blow the piston into tiny hunks of over priced beer can auminum. Just goes to show I shoulda bought a cummins I cant say that I love my PSD. Anyways see ya at the dyno!!!
