There are two other big events that weekend and she suggested we reserve as soon as possible.

The rate is $59. 00 plus tax this includes two qween beds, microwave, refrigarator, ect. all the normal luxuries. but get this you get a "hot breakfast" not be confused with the typical contental breakfast, this a hot breakfast scrambled, sausage ect.

When making your reservations be sure to tell them that you are with the "October Showdown"

See ya all there

Scotty:

You are getting hosed!!!!!!!

I just went online here

and got a rate of $54. 00 for a King sized room, non smoking with all the fixins like the microwave and fridge, the double queens are the same price, you might want to cancel your reservation and redo it online and save $5. 00 a night

They may give you additional discounts as I heard you were part of the AARP crowd, seen it on posts elsewhere... ... .

Looks like I didn't get hosed, I am going to bring my wife and son, did it online came up $68. 00.

I guess that is the way to go for one person though, maybe I will call them and say WTF thought you were cutting us such a great deal !!! maybe they will beat the online price.

Unfortunately...

Lana and I will not be able to attend.

The house we are in closes escrow on the 11th and the house we want should close on the 14th.

So we will be living in the 5er but we will also have the 4 (count 'em 4) cats that have never been outside let alone in the trailer.

We really want the new house with the unattached garage, (read CUMMINS SHOP).

Here's a shot of the new pool. Anybody want to help us move? We'll have a fresh salmon cookout!

It's got 2 waterfalls!!!

#ad

Anyone wanna help us move (pleading)!

back to the top, this is a great event, guess all the competitors are working on their rigs, I know of a few folks that this is definitely the case.

Since all you Cummins guys are working on your rigs, let me get this back to the top

my old 6. 9 with the Banks is running just fine, Nowel has challenged me twice at the strip and broke both times

:D :D :D :D

Sooo

That means your coming right Paul . I'll bring a set of earplugs for the miss. Or better yet, we'll have Blair mix up some dually margaritas just for her which will induce a "dually margarita" coma to help drown out the 2:00am sawsall and generator. :D

the pulls will be ran by me and with assistance from mlm and depo staff

classes are 7500 street 8500 street, standard vtpa rules for street class

7500 extreme diesel

What time do you think you can leave on Friday Brian maybe we can hook up along the way? The Ramrunners are still trying to hash out the driving details.

One more thing, Depo do you have a Vendors list going yet? I started a topic on Edge Products but as of yet I don't know who will be there. If so maybe you can post it here. Thanks

heading out sometime after lunch time it all depends on the work load here you know!

But I'm thinking by at least 2PM from here BPine no problem conseder it done and in the middle like last year would be awsome and I will bring the bark-O-lounger:cool:

I will keep you posted on what time we are leaving, that might work out great.

If you are bringing all the kids that means Greg will have to bring a bigger trailer for them to destroy. Remember what they did to the tent trailer last year?

Hi all,

I plan on coming to this event and am really hopped up about it.

But, This is my very first event and I really don't know anyone. Was wondering where I can meet some folks, and have some of you all look at my truck and see if I have done things right with some of the installations (Bombs). Also maybe tell me if it is doing what it is supposed to as far as power, transmission etc.

Might even do a pull if someone can tell if the truck will hold up to it without tearing it up to bad.

Anyway, I sure am looking forward to this and seeing some great trucks and meeting some great people. .

Thanks

The RackMan
