I use a blow molded platic drain pan made by Wedco, it has an open top, pouring spout and lifting handles, holds about 14 litres. Wedco also makes plastic jerry cans, I got mine from Canadian Tire. Have seen similar ones made of metal, brand name was Brookins.

I just park mine over by the well and fishpond. I pull the drainplug and let it run out in the dirt. This way the fish stay regular and it makes our wellwater work in our oil lamps #ad

Just kidding... ... no, really, just kidding

Larry,I also used to drain my oil into the well head. Had to stop when the old lady said her whites weren't as bright as they used to be. A side benifit is weeds no longer grow in the area.

I use a plastic dish pan my wife tossed out (of the kitchen) many years ago. The other vehicles are easy to handle, but the truck fills it nearly to the brim. I transfer contents to a 5 gallon plastic pail and when full haul to the local auto parts store for recycling.
