If you get the Spectra pan from rock auto paint it with something more corrosion resistant than the cheap paint it comes with. The picture below is the Spectra pan with rust bubbles after just one year. To do over I'd strip it and paint it with more durable paint (like a 2 part epoxy, etc) or have it powder coated.

thanks guys only ran me about $250 with a gasket. I will definitely paint it before I install!

I know oreillyauto also offers replacement oil pans for the Cummins.

FWIW, genos has the sno depot stainless pan. Cubic bucks but the real long term answer.

found this pan on Amizon for $112.00 part # CRP45A its made by Spectra.
