Oil Pressure Test

Hey Guys I need to check my oil pressure with a gauge to see if my sender or pump is going south. (praying it is the sender)



I need something cheap but accurate. Any ideas?

Pressure Guage

NAPA seems to carry a good selection of test guages in stock. I purchased several different guages for this purpose. They have several grades to choose from.

Not in my neck of the woods. Not a single parts store near me had anything in stock to check oil pressure. NAPA could special order me a test kit for $160

Heck, don't let 'em sell you a test kit. Were pioneers here. We make our own test kits in this forum... ... .



NAPA can order you a simple oil pressure guage if that is all your after. I can get anything from NAPA. If you need a guage part no, I've got 'em in the Master Catalog.

Top of oil filter housing, oil pressure guage to 60lbs with 1\8" pipe threads, a grease hose 12" long and you have a test kit. There is a plug on top of the housing at the oil filter. Easy test. Tim
