with the attention this car gets, its worth any price I pay for gasoline. Shoot i have had people in the opposing lane stop traffic to tell me they "love My Magnum". No joke!
I'm looking quite forward to the SEMA show next week to see what goodies i can buy in the future to get me even more HP. I want a roots type supercharger like the concept car had on it. Whipple, made that and they are denying producing one for the puplic. Kenny Belle is supposed to be close with a kit, we'll see.
the MDS system works fine. my only complaint is with the flowmaster exhaust i put on, you can actually hear the car running now and you can also hear the exhaust tone change when the cyls. drop and come back on now.
One more reason is just like we enjoy our hopped up trucks, today's soccer moms and house wifes enjoy driving a good 13. 8 sec 94MPH qtr mile ET station wagon? I know my wife LoVeS it!
Yes there is a lot of difference between the car powered by a Hemi and a CTD, but the thread invited the cars with the title about Hem's. So like it or not, here we are.
I personally like the Hemi powered Cars and Trucks, I see no reason not to like them, nor do I see any reason to fear them, there is plenty of room on the road for all of us.
Not necessarily. What makes a hemi is a combustion chamber shape in the head that is defined as a sphere sliced by an intersecting plane. To be a true hemi, the combustion chamber should be half a sphere (the definition of hemisphere), but convention has allowed the usage of a segment of a sphere.EBottema said:A hemi has a domed piston, not a flat top
