I can spool the ht3b w/15psi of pressure on the wastegate... that's the spring only and no boost to shut it. It smokes lots but spools.
The wastegate is a 1 5/8" piston actuated billet gate. about as nice as they get and very high flowing
I can adjust the wastegate to allow about any pressure I like. the higher perssures are much more fun

I need to run the hoses into the cab to tweak it a little better. I can then adjust how much pressure is used to keep the gateshut which should roughly equal the drive pressure. I have an extra port on the regulator that I could run a gauge in the cab on.
I have set it to ~50psi without issue so far.
I see a definite increase in mileage. ~1. 5 MPG based on the gauge position. I was running with the cruise on 85 so the mileage is only about 15mpg vs 13-14 before. I'll have to try to keep my foot out of it so I can get better real world readings. I just can't drive 55 though

After the road trip to okla last weekend I made a much smaller mess with the oil breather than I did with the B-1. So I'd bet that drive pressure is down significantly from a single charger. I really need to get some good data on it though. It's hard to quantify the tell tale signs without a gauge.
The system is driving very well. EGTs are never over 1180* with the FMS off and never over 1400* with it set in 'Kill'

I hit 25psi on the cruise control.
FWIW,
