I'm ready to get the stock muffler off of my truck. Anyone run the Donaldson? What are your thoughts on the muffler? How about a part number?

Did you ever get your tires? Hope this helps, John
Depends on what your after. Flow (CFM) specs are the same for both and the muffler is well over size for little 5. 9.Arkapigdiesel said:I'm wondering how the baffles effects flow? I've also been reading that the Nelson 86131M is basically the same muffler w/o the baffle? Choices, choices.....

I just called my local Fleetguard delaer and they ordered in the Fleetpride #M4490 (Donaldson but labeled a Fleetpride) and it was $63 + $15 shipping, so $78 total. Hard to beat that.

Then why not buy the M090544 with the internal baffle?steved said:I want quiet, but I also want max flow... decisions, decision, decisions...
