Have you checked out the Shelf-It Shelf-It. I had one in my 92' and it held the CB just fine. You can run the wires down one of the pillers so they are not exposed/showing.

I've seen something similar to what I percieve you are looking for. It's made by a company named "Shelf-it. " I ran across it in an accessories catalog for a local truck customizer. I didn't see a Dodge part number listed, but I'm sure they have one.
