Own Custom Shop??

Does anyone here own their own performance/custom/fabricating shop?? I have several businesses, and my heart is in customizing and fabricating. I don't do heavy custom myself, but i would love to own a shop that does diesel and truck modifications. There are none in my county, and we are moving to North Carolina soon, and i am trying to plan the business i am in when i move. I hopefully will have enough from the sales of my businesses, that i would like to buy an existing shop. I am asking the owners, what are the headaches, what are the positive, etc.

Yes, I am. Contact me if I can be of any assistance. I have considered that possibility myself. This part of the state is in need of a diesel aftermarket shop. The western

part of the state is pretty well represented but this area is primed for a shop.

That's good news, Thank You for sharing. I will definitely contact you when we come down. I was there in October,and our house is on the market and as soon as it is sold, we will be gone.
