Victim of what??? Oh I know... yourself LOL

You know Scott, Louise and I just came back from the farm show in Ca... ... just could not resist the temptation to cut over at Drain and go visit the Oregon coastline, man it's so pretty over. there. Looks like good steelhead fishing down the Umpquah river too :)

Cousin Billy, THANKS for the invite, I dunno if I can handle too much of your special KOOLAID though, that stuff could get a person into trouble & no, Jason never did bring any up... said something about not enough left to worry about

Some nice salmon in that river too. Just waiting for a little rain to bring 'em on up ;)

Common Piers, We could use a good showing of power here in the Upper Midwest! Although I'm pretty sure we can show ya how to do a doughnut or 2. ;)

Hey Sleddy, when are you guys at the DHRA gonna give us a Whack at a Legit pull? I'm workin on the old RDNECK truck to give you a run for your money! If your lucky, and I can find a trailer... . I might try at Diesel Thunder this year! Oo.

Josh

Whack at a legit pull?

I'm dropping to street class this year, to give all TDR heros a shot at the title, is that what you mean?(especially Ray Gullet, csevers) :D

However, I'm afraid the Chevys may take that class this year.

WHo de-railed this poor thread??? How did I get draged in?? I steped UP so I could run in your class this year and you go and back pedal so I guess I will have to stay in the street class and give it a shot. NOW

Back to the subject : do you think it only takes cc's of fuel to make power?? Don't ya think two people could run the same number of cc's and make different power?

Craig

"Kool aid" is a lot easier to ship within the US also. Just so UPS doesn't know what it is anyway . Did ya ever get with Jason on that shipment of cetane booster?

I was at Jason's in Nov... ... ... . my lips are sealed! Good to hear from you time to time Billy..... your quiet now.

All you need to make power is a computer and a 'net connection. Type away... maybe even make a fake dyno run graph!

Matt

Hey Jim,

I do much better when I keep my mouth shut and just sit back to watch and listen. That way it still leaves some doubt as to just how little I really know  .

Mark, all ya'll did is make me wanna come back for more, even if I can't hang with the "big dogs" :-laf . I'm just an amateur at most things.

Cousin Billy

Sled puller,

I'm with josh peters on this one. A liget pull would nice. and back to the reason for this post, you have to have air to burn all those CC's. heck at TIM last summer i was walking around with a 850cc fuel pump for my tractor. would have gone on nicely to that ferd with a DT466 and made some wicked power but you need the air. simple principle that everyone over analizes. just finger out you CFM's and match it to your fuel cc's, not that hard and i'm just a fat kid.

Wel, I'm a fat yankee bleep, I was told last year, and I still don't know what you and Josh are talking about.

We are talkin about a DHRA sanctioned Pull up here. So far all we can find is the local county fairs. That's if they will let us pull. The NTPA is running pretty rampant around here..... without all their safety BS making the truck no longer a streetable truck... . you can't run.

You know your welcome anytime. Put on a little weight and you can join in on the wrestling. ;)

"A legit pull would nice. "

Translation from cheesehead speak:

A legitimate DHRA sanctioned pull built for Diesel heads, by Diesel heads would be nice, cause we is gittin the shaft up here!!!

Gotcha!

NO.

We'll talk about 06. :D

Where is Wisconsin?

Hey Mark,

I got the weight thing goin on right now, ya know, sorta like winter fat.

So, I'm wonderin just who I gotta wrestle. You're way too big fer me. Lil Mark is too young and wiry. Al's gone. Yer employer would wanna be on top and that ain't gonna fly  . Harry's got all my credit card numbers  . I guess it'll be Morgana :-laf . Nope, I know for a fact she'd put a hurtin on me :p .

Maybe Louise..... I dunno... . she just might be a wolf in sheep's clothing. I'd say beneath that cool, sweet exterior lies the heart of a warrior. Hell, she keeps Piers in line ;) , ya know she's got spirit fer sure.

Maybe I can whittle Jason down a little since he scarfed up all the "kool aid"... ... . him and Fulmer Oo.

We'll see,

Cousin Billy

Actually I never touched that stuff as I was driving a Gov vehicle, but I'd like too, guess I need to make my rounds across the country.

Jim

Wisconsin is up by Michigan, Minnesota is right to the left of it. ;) ;)

They are dead serious about the conditions up here. It's either mods at a county fair, or basically running with a few stockers or "chipped" trucks at a gas pull that a pulling league comes to in a small town, such as the local one twice a year about 10 miles away. Stuff needs to be represented. And what's the point of a nationwide "association" if it's not represented nation wide. We've got events in the east, and events in the west it seems. Gives a new meaning to Tweaker's IA correction factor in his sig, that you'll never know BTW for those reasons.

Sled puller,

Where did Wis. come in to the conversation? i never said anything about cheesehead land. but yes a DHRA pull up here would be nice. Even if i have to run it myself i will, I've been pulling forlong enuff to get-r-done. wasnt trying to flame you just trying to get your feet moving. it seems the DHRA is more centrlized around oh say PA OH and IN.

P. S. did someone say WRESTLING? im game for a good match, I havent found an old guy yet that will hang in there with a young pup.
