non-guilty Pleasures (not that either)

Any of the above I'm sure. I bought mine direct from Compaq along with my new laptop. I'd just compare prices - you can order them direct at www.compaq.com . You can get the 3850 (the one I have) right now for $400 which is a 206 Mhz machine with 64MB of RAM. You can go up or down from there.

guys check out Costco Wholesale also... . once in a while you can beat the price [if so via net usually but freight and handeling will go over their price]..... but you can not beat the customer satisfaction guaranteed refund policy [just save the receipt cause if ya don't and the price goes down and a year or two later you need a refund then you'll get the last price they have in the computer and that will be lower on any electronic item. ]

DISCLAIMER... . I work for no one RETIRED :)

Trouble shooting

There's a Palm application that will analyze something I don't understand about a Cummins engine. I think while it is running. I know I saw it on the Cummings website, but I didn't bookmark the page. You plug in your Palm to the truck and get all sorts of useful information that I don't know what to do with.

I expect the application will be ported over to Pocket PC from the Palm OS soon.

Well, I might understand it, but I wouldn't know how to adjust the engine to change anything.

I agree that the Ipaq is a great device, but depending on what you need, you might want to look at the new Dell Pocket PC's. They are about 1/2 the price of the Ipaq.

A program to do what radar doctor? There are tons of programs out there for Windows CE based machines as well as Palm devices. You'll need to be a bit more specific :) .
