Mark, you're not helpin' my marriage with all of this nonsense! Wasn't your truck just fine the way you bought it? I swear, you'll never change! (OK, she's gone, I'm safe ) Any suggestions from you married gents about how to get my wallet back from mt wife? She's worse than a used car salesman, she "doesn't seem to remember where she left it"... Oo. Oo.

yep that compressor wheel in the little 35 just aint quite right for high boost numbers. Compressor wheel efficiency is better in the B-1 than the 35.

You guys need to shut up about these B-1's.

It has been in the 40's and 50's here lately, and this morning when getting in the truck, I told my wife to put on her jacket cause it was going to be cold on the way to the store... She just looked at me funny and then about a 1/4 mile down the road started yelling at me to quit rolling down her window. I said aw come on babe just listen to it aint it perty. for some reason she just doesn't appreciate it.

Oh you must be new to this What you have to learn is always keep 1 credit card hidden somewhere in the house where she would never find it. I keep mine in the oven. very very safe there at my house Then go get yourself a pager. When you call HVAC to order your B1, tell him he cant call your house and only to use the pager. Put it on vibrate and hide it if you must

I have the same problem here..... Easy Fix if you give the Window controls a Good Smack they will Fall down into the door where she can't reach'em... LOL

Ive been thinking about putting a "parental control" switch on the pass side window. Besides, it will give her a reason to wear all of those expensive dang jackets i had to buy her.

Oh man, now i did it. she saw the invoice for the B1 and some of the other "stuff" i have planned for the big red monster. She hid my truck keys and said i couldn't have em back until i finished all the baseboards and crown molding in the house. Now she's got me laying a granite tile floor and painting. Dang it. i want my truck back house maintenance sucks.



Anyone know a good "locksmith" so i can repo my own truck

When I ordered my B1 the other day I had second thoughts. Should I tell her or keep it 'our' little TDR secret. So, what the heck, Honey I just bought a turbo for my truck. WHAT'S THAT COST? Doesn't matter Dear, got to have it. OK, IT'S YOUR TRUCK.

I must be the luckiest man in the world. My wife understands completely spending $500 on a new turbo and selling the old exhaust housing for $250. See, it's just that easy.

And it suprised me but on day my wife Had to drive my truck when we went river rafting and when she came back she actually said she had more understanding why I drive like I do... . She said the truck Just wants to RUN!!... You gotta love it.

The exhaust (downpipe) couldn't be welded intime before the shop closed, so I won't have my truck until in the morning :{ The shop thats doing the welding was intrigued by the turbo when i told them it weighed 35lbs The turbo is on tho... just haven't drove it. Found the rest of the HX40 I blew up..... in my muffler, and a whole lot of oil still. Had the valves checked... . #1 was out of adjustment other then that they all looked ok (28,600 miles).



The part that really stinks is we are supposed to get 4 to 8" of snow tonight/tommorrow! So no hotrodding for me... ... ... ... .



Soon..... very soon... . I'll have my very own B1 running.
