He followed me, two cars back, for a few miles and then I lost sight of it.

Anyone???

Sounded Awesome! I was the PITA firefighter on 10 at 23 doing the boot day thing :D Between you and the heavily cammed chevy II behind you, I was in heaven :D

Will,

thanks for the compliment. Glad to know she sounds as sweet outside as from the cab.

On another note Tuesday evening on the rt 30 bypass by Rt 113 at 6pm i think i saw MD500E. Silver quad cab with stacks looked good. If you are local maybe we can hang out and bull s**t about Rams sometime. Always into meeting new Diesel heads.

Rich,

No it is definitely a 98 white sport. I saw it two more times since I wrote my post but have been unable to track him/her down to talk to them. I was hoping the huge white www.smokindiesel.com banner on my windshild would get their attention, but I guess not all driving these trucks are BOMBers like us... :D

Anyone else might know this person?

Andy

Andy,

I think I passed you the other day, atleast I saw your sticker on the windshield of a Explorer.

Is it one of Dick Wolfs (WMFI)'s trucks? Though, both of his are 1 tons.

I will keep an eye out for this truck, I drive through there all the time.

Back on Sunday, July 13, I saw a silver quad cab with stacks pulling out of Lancaster Dodge, heading north on RT. 72 when I dropped my truck off for service. Anybody's?

Rich,

That was Doug's expedition with the stickers on it.

I have no idea who's truck this white one is. It caught my attention because it looks to be a 98 12-Valve sport. Not many of those around.

Andy

Larry, I saw you there on the 30 bypass off ramp to 113. Trucks looking good! We will have to meet up some time so I can talk you into some engine bombing! I have a nice set of stage II injectors sitting on a shelf just collecting dust... ... ... :D :D

Kevin,

glad i finally am 100% sure that i am seeing your truck. We can get together anytime let me know and we'll figure something out. About those stage II injectors you might not have to say much about them to get me to take them off your hands. Who makes them and what would you want for them? Let me know.

Larry

The injectors are Diesel Dynamics stage II's, and have about 12K miles on them. I am not sure as of yet if I am going to sell them for sure. I planed to put them back in for the summer as the smoke from the supermentals is almost uncontrollable when the weather is warm. I Will have to warn you that With just the II's installed my stock trans started slipping in OD lockup. We will have to meet up some time. I am more than happy to take you for a ride in my truck to help you get the bombing sickness started!!:D

PS: I will probably wait to the fall to decide if I will sell the injectors.

Kevin,

you don't have to say anymore. I really don't want any problems with my transmission. I am trying to save now for a DTT transmission. When i get that done believe me i am gonna go bomb crazy!!!! The only upgrade i plan on making now is an Edge EZ. Andy from ADT said i should be ok with an EZ and the stock transmission. All that aside i would love a ride in your rig. We will definitely have to meet up sometime. Talk to you later.

Larry

p. s. Are you going to Kauffman's on Aug 16th? If so we will probablly be able to meet there.

I was going west on the Pa turnpike Sat. I past a white 3500 that was going east. It was around 6:50 am. The truck had stacks. Anybody out there know who it might be? Jeff

Hey Larry, Have you thought about getting a Comp box and not hooking up the pump wire? I was out at ADT over the weekend. Andy & I hooked the pump wire on my truck while I was there. The Blue Chip cover is the way to go. You will have the Comp box when you are ready to go further with you bombs. Jeff

Jeff is right...

Hey Larry,

Jeff is right about the COMP. Because once you get your transmission done, you know you'll want more power and all you have to do then is hook up the pump wire.

Just a suggestion.

Saw two diesel trucks pulling in the Bullskin Township fair last night and wondered if it was anyone on here.

There was a first generation black Cummins Ram with stacks and LOTS of smoke. (Got first in his class if I remember right;) ).

And the other was a second generation blue and silver two tone Cummins Ram. It "looked" stock from the outside but it also put out a decent amount of smoke. (And if I'm still remembering right he got 2nd in the same class).

Those were the only two Cummins Rams in the diesel class. There was also a ford and a chevy duramax. The ford had 3rd (about 35 feet behind the Ram) and the chevy had last about 60 feet behind the Ram. Way to go Cummins. Oo. :D Oo.

Curious

WMonroe,

I wanted in the worse way to make it down there last night but I got tied up. Glad to hear the pulls went great.
