In Az. this past Winter they stated fuel was I believe 40% above the national average. Of course no one stated why it was so high.

Yes, this was the first year since we lived here that the fuel was so out of whack. Commiefornia bleeding over. Testing the waters for more fuel tax...

The part of the refinery that grenaded was an alkylate plant which makes octane boosters for gasoline. There was part of the refinery that makes low sulfur diesel (not ULSD) and heating oil. So gas might start creeping but shouldn't affect ULSD prices.

The democrats just got they way in IL on road fuel taxes. I believe the tax on diesel fuel will increase by $0.20 more per gallon. I will no for sure when I fill up in July. I am planning on putting a little fuel on June 30 and top of on July 1. This will than show the true diesel fuel tax that the dems have nailed on us.

Yeah only in Az. they will call it a fee. After all we can't have Republicans raising taxes, that would look bad in the next election.

Pennsylvania already has the highest state fuel tax in the United States.
The Governor here would probably tax your Daily Methane Emissions if he could find a way to measure it.

It has settled down, at least for a minute. The Maverik here is $2.85 diesel, $2.82 reg.

Ohio tax is going up July 1 - 10.5¢ for gas 18¢ for diesel. This brings the totals up to 38.5¢ and 47¢ per gallon.

Thanks for not getting weird on this post. Penny said that she sent the warning after a conversation we had. Historically the fuel prices will go up YOU DIDN'T THINK that the company involved is going to pay for repairs and upgrades while their at it did you? Head-honcho told me to take the day off I've been having a little trouble with my calculations and I don't know if its the paper or pencils fault. Heading out to Lancaster County to see some country eat some good food and be amongst folks that make sense.

I think the name was Gast. that’s long gone. They had the first and last MG’s in the US as well.
