RedNut,
I just put the 3guage A pillar pod in my 98 with isspro guages. I don't think the A pillar guage pod it too much of an "in your face" application. In fact, unless you are trying to be cool

slumping low and next to the drivers window, there won't be much of a difference in vision. I was initially set back by the A pillar's intrusion into the driver's "bubble" but I like my instramentation close at hand because it's kind of a major priority for me. I have only had the pillar in for a few days now and I have adjusted to it's presence in the cockpit area. This is an excellent invention and upgrade to your expensive truck. Guard it and monitor it! Don't put the guages in a place where they "won't be in the way"

You will get used it very quickly. Now, if I could just buy a 'heads-up display' for the windshield... .
