Pillar mount

Can anyone with a pillar mount, tell me the maximum depth gauge it will accept. Front to back of gauge measurement.

I measured mine, and the deepest side measurement is @2. 25". The center measurement goes past 3 inches.

one thing you need to watch is that the mounting studs on the back of gauge don't hit. I had to shorten the ones on my Autometers.
