I replaced piman arm on my 94 Dodge 2500. The new one does not quite go as far up the steering box shaft. Is this normal, maybe a different brand?

Were the splines cleaned and lubed before installing the new Pitman arm? If so, I think you are probably okay. Be sure to recheck the torque a couple of times during the next few hundred miles. It is not uncommon for the nut to need re-tightening.
