Anyone have any experience with poly bushings on front end (4x4). Where did you get them and did they improve performance.

Bill,

My front sway bar has Energy Suspension bushings. Both bar & Endlinks.

Upper & lower control(4x4) arms are Rancho aftermarket links with polyurethane bushings on both ends.

The truck tracks straighter and handles much better with both upgrades.

Polyurethane is the ONLY way to go. #ad

HEMIDart - Were the sway bar bushings easy to install? Last time I swapped rubber for poly was in 1977. The bushing bracket bolts were a pain to get back in. Where did you get the parts? Thanks for the info #ad

Dane, I got the swaybar kit from Energy Suspension. These are top quality. They give you new bar brackets that are greaseable. The full kit includes the endlink pucks.

Installation is simple. The endlinks are the hardest, but still a piece of cake. Measure the OD of your swaybar, to get the correct kit. #ad

Part #`s here: See the footnote page too. http://www.energysuspension.com/dgt1.html

You may need to call Energy Suspension for the correct Part #`s to fit your 2001. The webpage is a little old.
