2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Propane or Meth

OK my biggest question of all, which is better, gives most mileage gain, and longevity of motor? I have heard good things about both, and ready to get one to improve fuel econ. I do not have but plan on having an airdog 100 and a quadzilla. Does any body know how well meth injection ,like snow engineering, or propane does with the quad? Also I have a K/N air filter, and 4" exhaust, already on my 99 dodge 3/4 quad 4x4 LB. Any help in deciding would be great. Also are there any inputs on running bio with any of this.

How many miles can you get on a Meth rock?

Meth creates a lot of heat (high egts) I think propane would be your better bet.

Doesn't propane create more heat? I would think the water/meth reduces heat. A friend of mine (cliffman) just did water/meth to his truck and noticed a gradual decrease of 150* pulling a steady hill.
