Does that product go inline with the TPS sensor? That is the way I always wanted to go, and the way MARCO has suggested a long time ago.
I suspected either the resistance is being changed by adding another resistor into the equation, or the voltage divider within the TPS is being altered by changing the input voltage to the TPS.
Curiosity makes me want to know, I don't have the time nor source of connectors to try and copy it.
Bravo to Practical for the first one to market with a solution that does not tie into the cruise control like the last one did.
On that line, I did look long and hard at the JC Whitney catalog the other night. They still sell vacuum and electronic cruise control units for fairly short money that might adapt to our usage for a mechanical solution to high idle or constant throttle cruise.
