Question on small oil leak

I noticed a slight bit of oil leaking from the bolt circled - I had wiped it up before I took the pic, but it was just a tiny bit. My question is if this is indicative of a problem (or the beginning of one) or should I not worry about it. I have 177K on the truck and it runs fine, oil changed every 7500-8000 miles. Oh, and all the other bolts were dry.

Each of those bolts has its own gasket. It’s likely that one is just worn out.

If so, what does it mean "6 seals required for installation"? Is that because there are 6 bolts in the cover? So I just need 1 for now, right?

I did, and I think it moved (sorry, Seinfeld reference!) Tightened only very slightly. I think I will replace it proactively.
