I have a 2006 SLT, dually, 4x4, Big Horn. My back seats bottoms fold up for storage under the rear seat. Do the seats also fold down? I've looked and can't find any answer. Also, there are two sets of fabric folded into a ball and rubber-banded behind the head rest of both rear seats... . what in the world are these?

As you already know, the seat bottom is movable.



Your seat backs are fixed.



As for the "two sets of fabric folded into a ball and rubber-banded behind the head rest of both rear seats" I'm clueless.

Those pieces of fabric are probably tethers for car seats. Got them in my 04 my sons carseat has a strap that connects to these to keep the seatback from moving forward.
