How do you set the system to NOT turn on the radio when the truck starts?

You can't. That's been a pet peeve of mine too. About the best you can do is either turn the volume all the way down or set it on one of the auxiliary inputs that you don't have something plugged into before shutting the truck off.

That will be the first item on my list when and if I need to take the truck to the dealer. Current I have no issues other than the radio.

You cannot, as a lot of other controls and such are a part of the system. They need to be on all the time.
