Recently installed an MM3. Monitoring desired vs actual pressures I am seeing differences. What is the allowable difference between actual and desired?

Depending on how the rail pressure map looks the desired and actual will look kinda like a double helix. A couple thousand psi separation for small periods of time can be normal depending on the rail pressure map.

Thank you Sir. I am seeing roughly 1000psi greater at WOT, 23 desired vs 24k actual. All other times it’s a follow as stated.

Nothing wrong with that. Your CP3 doesn't have any issues keeping up with the duration/pressure.

No sir, doesn’t appear to. The mileage is high at 416k so I will keep a close eye on it.

At idle it should be within a couple hundred pounds. As long as it follows closely it isn't a problem.

Yes sir it appears to hold 6600-7100 at idle
