more like i cant get away from you. your same blabbering thread is on a minimum of three forums, maybe five or six forums truth be know. every where i go i have to hear about your clicking steering wheel and how you couldnt find oil, even though every dealer has hundreds of qaurts on hand daily. sorry mods but im sure you understand
Minimum of 3 forums? Please name them.
Buddy, I'm here because I think the Ram is a very attractive truck, and attractively priced. I've ruled out the hemi for the reasons discussed. I'm fairly certain I haven't mentioned the clicking steering wheel on this forum until now, that was an issue ram attempted to fix and could not after the 4 months it was an issue, I happened to sell for the other reasons.
I came here purely to discuss cummins rams and get a handle on their inherent issues with the latest generation engines from 2019. Yes they made changes, read about it from cummins themselves. Concerned with the CP4.
As the Ford is still on order with no money down or commitment, and will not be available for some months, I am weighing my options, considering the very similar price.
You do not need to read my threads. That's your choice.
It's my right to discuss my factual experience with owning a 2019 ram crew cab 4x4 long bed 6.4 hemi with the 8 speed trans.
I'm not driving all the way out to a dealership 40 minutes away to pick up oil. Napa and autozone did not carry the specific oil required from penzoil or the recently accepted valvoline. That's an unnecessary hassle to hunt for "special" oil.
If you want to get offended because of my factual account with owning that new ram, which you did not own, nor own the same year model with new transmission AND an MDS system designed to engage more often (info directly from chrysler themselves), that is YOUR problem. Not mine!
Go ahead and crucify me for it.
