2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rattle-Again

Several years ago I had a rattle in my steering column which I could stop by holding the shift lever against the stop-while in drive.

Someone gave me a tip on what/where to grease and it went away.

Now it is back and I can't remember what I did.

Any suggestions?
