Rear Brake line leaking

My 2008 LB quad cab steel brake line on the rear end has rusted out and is leaking. The steel line and hose at caliper is one piece. No local parts dealers have it like that. The Dodge parts dealer says it's discontinued. Local part house has just the hose but the fitting at the Tee in the middle is M11 x 1.5 inverted flare and i can't find a new fitting to make a steel line. Anyone seen this and made a work around or find a source?

That's correct from your dealer. It is two piece now, hard line and hose are separated, your Dealer can order these parts right away. Or you can get them as OEM online or aftermarket from your parts store of least concern.
