Reckless driver smashed my truck...

Well heres what happen. I came to a complete stop and a stop sign pulled out and saw nothin but smoke coming at me at a very high speed. In a 20 mph zone witnesses claim this guy was going 60- 65 mph and he was driving on the wrong side of the street... AND BAMM! right into my baby... Truck is in very bad shape everything in the front end is destroyed. . This si really sad, and owe boy is this guy gonna lose his ass in court... He got a wreckless driving ticket, speeding ticket, and hes going to be getting a call from my lawyer . I took over 75 pictures on the scene so i have all the proof i need from insurance. . I will post them all tomorrow. I am on many drugs right now since i just got home from the hospital

Thanks you all for caring abou tme :0 im ok but im very stiff and had to take a catskan and abnout 100 tests... Ive got nerve problems, muscle problems right now. . TOmorrow im gonna be very sore. . i can barely move now

Im wondering if this thing is totalled... The engine completely shut off wouldnt start, radiatior and intercooler are smashed, steering is ruined, frame is bent in the front... what do you all think

Did your airbags deploy? I dont know about you but with my insurance company if the airbags deploy it's automatically a done deal. Doesnt matter what damage was done even if it was just a tap from the front to deploy the bags, they buy you a new one.

ouch man! Really sorry to hear about the accident. Such a pretty truck to get hit like that. Your parents can always have another kid but to see that truck smashed up is a real shame just kidding, and I am glad you are ok, even took the time to say a thankful prayer for you If the truck is totaled (which It doesnt really look like it is) what are you gonna get next? Between this and the situation with your girlfriend, looks like its a rough week. When it rains, it pours... .

My guess is that your truck is totaled if the frame is bent very badly.

That really screws a truck up, and it is very difficult to fix properly.

Not much damage there. Totalled??? Are you sure you have muscle and nerve problems from that????? Yeah, you sure have problems. If it wasn't for bad luck you wouldn't have any problems at all. You might want to try a Ford next time. We smash them up all that time and just fix them and put them back on the road.

Thank your lucky stars you were in a truck. There was a similar story here (wrong place/wrong time) except the person was in a compact car. (didn't make it)
