2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Removing Badges

Ok folks - I know it's taste - but who likes the Badges on your Doors and who doesn't? IMO - plain no badges IS well to LIBERAL FOR ME, - flame away... .



1. I like the Cummins/Dodge Badge on the Door.

2. I don't like the Cummins/Dodge Badge on the door.

I removed all badges from my truck a couple of years ago. Cummins or Dodge has never done any advertising for me. Dam dealer sticker came off as well... ... ... they irritate me too. It may sound like I don't like my truck. I love it, but anyone who knows even a small amount about trucks will know it is a Dodge with that "loud, stinky" diesel! Don't have 4x4 stickers on it either.

Should have a category labeled replaced badges with something cool. I have removed all my badges and replaced with emblems from Northwest Customs on the doors. ICEMAN's Graphics he did a while back in place of Dodge on the tailgate. I no longer have an SLT truck either. The only thing still there from DC is the "4x4" on the tailgate.

is a sport decal that i put on my tailgate (copied Mactruck's)

this may go too. i think that it looks WAY better without the badges... ... ... JMVHO

I removed the standard-issue block letter Dodge from the tailgate as well as the dealer advertisement. Replaced the Dodge with an Olde-English Script Dodge on the left side, placed a Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel on the right side and a Cummins Power badge above it.

Straight from the dealer to my garage and all the markings disappeared. I wanted a black truck, not a black truck with markings fore, aft and sides. I'm very pleased with the "clean" look, but I certainly don't fault anyone else with different tastes than mine. There's a heckuva lot of gorgeous - but well marked - CTD Rams out there!

Dodge, 4X4, and dealer stickers came off the day I brought it home. Still haven't removed the Ram/Cummins door badges, but one of these days... .....

You guys are too much! If the factory gives you a badge, you pull it off. If the factory leaves off a badge like the one on the '03, you start a group purchase so that you can stick it on.

I removed all of the badges and stickers on my 2001. It looked kinda clean. Now that I have my 2002, I will leave them on this timeOne of the first things to go though was the dealers sticker on the tailgate. They are not paying me to advertise so off it came!

I did put on a CUMMINS ISB badge above each of the door badges and on the tailgate above the Dodge logo. This looks good to me. Everyone has different tastes. Got the ISB Badges at the Powerstore out in Indiana whilst at the TDR nationals.



I really like the new Cummins badges on the 03's. SHWEEET!

I'll amen that one.

Those familiar with Virginia's personal property tax, and the associated "Relief Act" know that right now we're supposed to get a 70% break on the tax for personal vehicles.

Guess what?

Virginia gives NO break to vehicles over 10,000lbs GVW.

My 3500. , instead of paying approx $350, I just got the tax bill for $838

I guess I'm doin' my part to put Nike Air Jordan sneakers on some welfare kid.
