Hello

So I am going to Replace All hoses with the Mr Bobs kit this summer.

I also intend to Clean the raditator inside and out as well as clean the outside of the intercooler.

I am thinking about Inspecting the KDP as well while I am in there

Any comments suggestions tricks. Parts or gaskest or I should order first??

Any and All comments welcomed

Thank you

You can get the KDP kit from Geno's for around $65 which contains seal and all parts needed. Most 24 valves don't need the KDP repair as the housing is designed to prevent the pin from working out. Sure would be peace of mind to get in there and make sure though.

You may already know this from other threads, but when removing the windshield wiper tank and overflow tank from the shroud look for the two dimples on each tank that lock them in. when you locate them use a screw driver or small chisel to wedge between the dimples to let the tanks release. they will pull straight up when you do this. make sure to disconnect your electric connection to the wiper tank before you try to remove it.
