Rickson wheels ... Anyone home

I originally placed my order in march for my 2500 2wd was told 8 to 10 weeks. when 10 weeks passed i called to find out how my wheels were doing and was told it would be mid June due to supply issues. this went on until Aug when i was finally told they had the parts in now and it would be mid September . . guess what was told it would be another month... . then finally mid Oct they said my wheels were going into production any day and would have them by the end of oct no problem. then Sandy hit and i was kinda busy so I didn't call. then last week on Nov 6 i Talked to heather there and said didn't know the status of my wheels but she would check on them and call me right back. here's a shocker . . never heard back from her. I have tried to call every day for the last week and no one answers the phone. I have left voice mail and heard nothing back. I'm not sure if I want to laugh at how stupid this who thing has been or get ****** off at such BS. if i treated my customers this way i would be living on the streets. I'm not sure if they finally just shut down or what. their web site is normal and there's nothing on their recording that is different. I have been holding back from adding the rack and additional tools and supplies from my truck because I'm not wanting to overload the tires that are on there and i have some trips coming up that i need to tow my trailer with a decent load and worst of all i may have to buy another set of tires before i ever get the 19. 5 stuff.

Interesting, 2 year later, they are still treating people as bad as they treated me. Good news, it gets worse ! Heather delivers nothing but excuses ! Get your money back, if you paid by credit card, cancel the order asap, call the credit card company and go else where.

I believe Vision? has some 19. 5 rims also for 19. 5''. I have heard nothing but horrible customer service stories regarding Rickson.

Also, remember that these are cast aluminum, not forged. I also remember somebody saying the offset is different than the Rickson's. This makes the Vision stick out further from the truck than the Rickson's.

The Vision wheels have a zero offset, so they do stick out further. They also made my srw '07 handle like crap.

Any way to tell if it was the tires or the wheels that made your truck ride poorly? Maybe the wheels were fine, but tires were squirrely.

American Force makes dually 19. 5's, don't know about singles.

I had Toyo traction tires on all corners, which is not the best. The problem is when the scrub ratio is changed, it effects the trucks handling and steering geometry.
