Broke down today and had to get towed to the dealer. We were pulling a horse trailer which they towed separately. Towing guy comes in and said he needed $200 cash. I said for what. He said that Dodge only covers the vehicle and not the trailer. I said $200 for 15 miles!!!! I called customer service and sure enough no coverage. I had Ford before this and there was never an issue with towing the trailer. Started to look at the complete coverage and Dodge provides no "real" roadside assistance other than towing the truck to the nearest dealer. Ford gave key lockout, flat service, lockout, etc. Seems Dodge is pretty cheap on the service side. Oh btw the towing for the truck was only $96. Go figure.
