Rock auto has seen the last of my money. My son came up to MT and before he left CA he asked if we could change U joints and Center support bearing on his wagon. I ordered the parts ( u joints ) from R A. They got to the house in 5 days no big deal . When I looked at the U joints 1 looked like it had been installed and then taken out put back in the box and sent back to R A. I didnt ask to be sent any previously installed parts I paid for new ones. I called R A and they were going to send out another u joint (still not a problem) I asked if they would send it next day for the trouble to me we wanted to get this done. They said no and sent it 5 day. To ME this is unacceptable to first send me a used part then to screw us up on the replacement. If anyone asks me about R A their service sucks and would never do business with them again. The attitude of the girl on the replacement part call was a real B***H Im sure their going to loose sleep over this but this is just another reason why American Business is going straight to Hell . BTJMO
