I am installing a Raptor on my 2001 Ram. The original supply line ran inside the frame rail along the side of the fuel tank. With the tank in place it seems it would be very difficult to route a new line inside the frame. Also, by feel, it seems there are sharp features on the lower flange of the frame channel.

I am studying how to route the hose, and am not real fond of the idea of just cable tying it to the inside of the frame rail. I don't care for the vulnerability of the rubber hose.

What methods have you used to route and secure this hose, both rearward of the transfer pump and forward?

Thank you... .

what I did is zip tie the fuel line on the outside to the frame rail. on spots that where making contact or thought would have rub issues over time. etc. I had 1/8 thick rubber squares I rapped and zip tied those on the hose for protection. I have almost 85k this way and no problems for me. but I also check my lines every so often when I put grease in my u-joints. etc.
