Rudder Wiper Blades

Anybody know where to get those windshield wiper blades with the rudder that pushes the blade toward the windshield? The ones with the metal (probably plastic now) arc-shaped dealies that catch the wind.

I bought wiper helper clip on springs at Love's truck stops(about $4. 00). They help with my snow wipers. Would like to find a stronger spring to replace the original. Any ideas?

The blades I like are TRICO Wind Spoiler part number series 36-XXXX. They are metal, and have the deflector wing on them. Call some of your local auto supply shops and find out who has 'em.

Ron, if your boat only turns left, right and goes straight you don't know what you're missing if you never tried Rudder Wiper Blades. Unlike other rudder wipers Rudder Wiper Blades are American Rudder Institute (ARI) approved and won't void your warranty. Since I started using Rudder Wiper Blades I've extended my rudder changes to 100k knots, rudder analysis says it's still good to go. Top end of my rudder is spotless. Contrary to what others may say Rudder Wiper Blades will not cause hull leaks.

Ah, Wfernau..

that's easy. I just put my see-through floor mats on the windshield and don't even have to use the wipers. I tried my winter cover, but my eyelashes froze to my face from looking out the side window. Fun post, for sure!!!!
