Rust free Cab to replace 99 quad cab

I am looking for a complete Cab to replace my failing 99 quad cab.

Must have doors, glass, mirrors, dashboard, steering wheel



Any color, any trim level.

Prefer from a manual transmission (mine is a 5 speed)

Prefer from a CTD

Prefer complete with matching interior



Will consider trucks with blown engines and/or transmissions if the cab is clean.

You must be able to load a commercial carrier, I can unload here.
