Thule & Yakima both make sport racks that fit the dodge. I suppose you could attach a 'frat rack'

to one of their systems. (All the frat boys in college had them on their Cherocars and Discoverys). I had a Thule, and the attachment design was junk, so I removed it. I had problems with leaking, and strength. But, both companies make racks for the dodge if you want to try them.
I doubt you will find a Safari Rack manufacturer that has the application breadth to include the hardware to attach directly to a dodge pickup. Most go on jeeps, vans, landcruisers, defenders, etc. The universal gutter mounts won't work either.
The best option for a pickup i have seen is a system that attaches to bed rails. There are 2 overhead hoops that slide back and forth on bedrails, kind of like a lightweight ladder rack. Yakima makes this as well. The dodge beds get narrower toward the back, so you'd have to make sure they account for this in the design.
ON EDIT: I sit corrected. Con Ferr has an application for your truck
http://www.con-ferr.com/ . By the looks of the mounting kit, you'll have to drill:{
