Yes, Sam has written about replacing his carpet in his truck he even had photos for those who can't follow instructions!
No I don't watch his shows or listen to his radio shows but I do read his column, the whole column!
In his colum under sub-title ch,... changes (issue 37) which I finally had time to read on page 110 second paragraph last sentence "Forgive me for sounding like "The Green Grocer," but all this new stuff helped me make the decision to freshen "Midnite" and pass her on to the next generation to enjoy".
Know surprises he telling us he is going to depart with his truck and move on to another.
I 've loved my last produce wagon (88 3500 ford van 15 passenger-back seats removed ,460 gas engine) but it was time to get something more econmical, less expensive ,easier to work on and dependable. I love this ford van I still it see running around town ( I sold it with 247,000 on the odometer five years ago), I love Mule/Dodge and Freightliner (both cummins powered) they are my 3rd/4rth produce wagons.
Sam apparrently replaced/improved everything he could on Midnite it was time to move on, unfortunately it was to a chevy/diesel but than again it mite take 8 to ... ? years to improve his new truck.

I think it will be fun reading!
