Just finished a surf session in Leucadia and a guy told me about diesel at the 76 station on La Costa Ave. & El Camino: $2. 65 Every construction truck in North County was there.

This last week-end, November 26, I found fuel for 2. 299 a gallon at World Petrol in Chula Vista (by Brown Field). It wouldn't be worth driving the 25 miles down there just for fuel, but if I'm in the area it looks to be a place that will be consistently lower than most others!

Coming back from Prescott AZ yesterday we paid $2. 33 at the Flying J in Erhenberg on the 10 just east of Blythe. Best price I've seen in several months.

Just completed a holiday trip to east Texas from So Cal. Found stations along I-10 in Texas were gouging the heck out of travelers. $2. 89 in Fort Stockton, $2. 73 to $2. 95 in Van Horn and similar prices all along the way. El Paso was a little cheaper but I found diesel cheaper off the beaten path. $2. 29 in Madisonville was the cheapest I saw. By the way, traffic was lined up to the over pass trying to get into that Flying J just before the state line on Sunday afternoon.

I buy my diesel at that Ram 99 quite a bit.
