Scan tool in Virginia Beach?

Does anyone have a scan tool in Virginia Beach,VA? I am trying to troubleshoot my interior lights.

I have 2 interior lights. glove box and cup holder. Nothing else works, not even the bed work light.

I found the chart to read out the headlight switch and mine seems to check bad. There is one sitting at my dealer right now that I will pick up on monday. if its not that its probably going to be the instrument cluster

Switch didn't fix it. Off to the dealer I go
