It's probably because breaking into acting can be a long tough haul, most performers were probably on pubic assistance for years before they got the break.

I've never been able to disassociate Sean Penn with that image of Jeff Spicoli whacking himself in the head with a tennis shoe, saying, "Duuuude! I'm soooo wasted!"



I can't think of ANYBODY I'd I'd rather NOT hear from on the Iraq issue. I read a portion of the Larry King transcript and the guy is STILL wasted. He's not even coherent. The fact Penn gets air time at all for this stunt is beyond the pale. What a dirtbag.

What's so amazing is how so many people in this country either look the other way, or fail to comprehend how this kind of crap affects our nation. The luxuries of American life have now bred several generations of pacifists, bleeding hearts insulated and protected and urged further into a socialist mindset. Freedom isn't free. The very things these idiots speak out against, are what enabled them to have the freedom to offend the rest of us.
