Does anyone know where the buzzer module is on a 97 club cab truck? The service manual says it is on a bracket secured to the lower instrument panel reinforcement just inboard of the steering column. I removed the knee blocker, and the steering column cover reinforcement, and still can't find it. The buzzer itself seems to be directly attached to the fuse block, not sure how that comes off either.

Also, does anyone know what the flasher looking unit is at the top left of the fuse block? On the fuse block, it says time delay. (for what) It is a small metal can (like a flasher with three flat blade connectors) and is very warm to the touch, the only thing on is the dome light.

The service manual also talks about a driver seatbelt buckle switch. My truck does not have any switches or wires on either side of the seat belt. The only switch I found is on the seat belt retractor, and it is working properly.

I hate paying $100. 00 & or - for a manual that is not correct.

FINALLY seat belt buzzer/light working properly.

Here's an update on the seat belt buzzer module. My original problem was that the seat belt light would be on anytime the ignition switch was on. Also the buzzer would stay on unless the belt was pulled out of the belt retractor several inches. ( There are no switches in the buckle assembly on my truck. ) Well I found out that the buzzer and module are one in the same. The timer which is supposed to turn the light and buzzer off are inside the buzzer assembly. The Dodge part # is 56001077AB, and list price is $18. 95. On my truck it was plugged into the fuse block. I had to remove the screws that hold the fuseblock to the inside metal dashboard support. Could only access 2 out of 3 screws, but I was able to move it enough to remove and replace the buzzer. There is a plastic tab that has to be bent to pull the buzzer out. It's only about a 15 minute job.

I tried attaching a picture, but the file is too large. Not sure how to make it smaller.
