Sheared woodruff key

..... off the injection pump shaft almost flush with the shaft. any idea's on how to remove it?

Use a pin punch slightly smaller in diameter than the width of the key, place it perpindictular to the shaft on the key near the end and tap, it should roll out. bg

And keep a mangnet handy... have a helper stand by with one to grab the piece if you can.

Ive had fair luck with a real good pair of side cutters

We got it out by tacking a hunk of steel to it then putting a wrench to it... . thanks guys
