Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Shifts up and down between 30 and 40 mph. Why?

2001 2500 QC SWB 4x4. I recently replaced my shift solenoid and line pressure converter in my auto transmission. When I drive down a road with a speed limit of between 30 and 40, my transmission shifts up and down. I thought changing the solenoid and line pressure converter would end this. Is there something else I need to change. Also, what is all involved in adjusting the bands. Thanks for ya'lls help.

Are you sure it';s shifting up and down and it's not the convertor locking/ unlocking?



If it's the TC locking/ unlocking the DTT noise filter will almost certainly fix it. Be sure to pull and clean all of you grounds and the posts on the batteries as well.
