Shop that does 4"-5" exhaust in Idaho???

I am looking for a shop anywhere in Idaho, Western Montana, or Eastern Washington that mandrel bends custom 4" and 5" exhaust.



Anyone know of any shops that do it?

Silent Knight Muffler in Hamilton, MT does up to 4'' but it seems that if a small town like Hamilton has a regular ol muffler shop that does it that there must be someone closer to you.

Give Coeur 'd Alene Muffler on Government way a call, I know that they mandrel bend their exhaust tubes, just not sure how big they can go.

Have you tried St. John's Hardware (formerly Helblings)? I know they must have something to work on the exhaust systems of some big CASE IH tractors. Just a thought...

Jason @ NW Custom doesn't mandrel bend but he can build just about anything you want out of existing bends or get you a fully mandrel bent system pre made. His shop number is 509-283-2171. BTW he is in Rockford, WA (just south of Spokane)

I already talked to Rip. He can't help. I am trying to do a direct replacement of my current system, which is a one of a kind, with larger pipe, so he said he would need to have the truck on hand.



I have a flatbed, and I have a "y" in the pipe and the tips are in front of both tires.



The biggest pipe that fits on a first gen is 4", but once the pipe y's out to either side of the truck, I want to switch to 5" to the tips.

bullydog is in east idaho but i dont know if they do mandrel. but they do sell ALOT of exhaust systems?

i had there products in the past and they worked perfectly, not to mention there service is AWESOME!

they might build custom?

i have bulldogs 120 injectors and a chip, they are great people, i was done in there new shop a few months ago and i put my truck on their dyno

you might give Jerry Jardine, pinnacle performance, in Deboyce, Wy. about 40 miles east of Jackson Wy. Give them a call, he custom bends every thing, i believe as it is ordered. you can camp there free if he works on your truck.
