The steel lines are starting not to look too good anymore and will need to be replaced. Anyone know of a source the makes replacement stainless lines? I know they usually come pre-bent as a standard tube flairing tool won't work.

I sprung over a Scout one time and got some SS brakelines from a local race shop. Try that or maybe an offroad supply house.

Check these guys out. Bought some bulk 3/16 SS tubing and fittings from them last year and replaced all of my horribly rusted OEM lines. The job is a PITA, but once done you've got piece of mind. BTW, a good quality flare tool will work fine to create the double flare on the 3/16 SS tubing.

Good luck,
