STD Dyno # vs. SAE Dyno #?

What is the difference between the STD Dyno numbers and the SAE Dyno numbers? Which one is the most common used in the USA?

I had a Dyno run and the print out was in STD numbers, should I request a run in SAE numbers for a better comparison?

BIG BOB, If you want to compare apples to apples use SAE. If you do any bombing and want to do another Dyno run unless the atmospheric conditions are exactly the same you will not get an acurate indication of the power changes, use SAE. Just my . 02.

I compared the two routines on my recent dyno runs. The numbers were extremely close, not over 1% different.
